Stayed for 5days with my family. Good location. The train station is literally just outside the hotel. Clean hotel clean room. So glad they were able to provide crib for my baby. Front desk staff were amazing. Friendly and always smiling. The only issue was the restaurant staff. They honestly need more training in terms of customer service. One female staff on the 2nd day of breakfast kept asking my husband for the key card 3 times knowing that my husband already had his wallet ready to provide the card. Must you ask 3 times.
1st day breakfast experience, the male staff at the egg counter was not friendly at all. No smiles no good morning. 2nd day till the last day of breakfast it was a female staff at the breakfast counter who was so rude and seemed unhappy to be there. No good morning no smiles as though the world owes her money. You’re working in a customer service setting, this isnt how you should act. Attitude like that ruins the morning mood.
Good job with the uncle at the laksa counter though. He was always smiling and always saying goodmorning. Always speaking with the people coming by.
Floor staffs were alright. The uncle and aunty stationed on the laksa aisle were great.
